TradeWinds is a beachfront resort spanning 40 tropical acres along 1,600 feet of award-winning shoreline on the Gulf Coast of Florida. ​The IWLCA has secured a special convention rate of $249* plus tax per night for a room with either a king or two double beds. ​There are a variety of upgraded room options to choose from as well.
The IWLCA has contracted rooms at both the Island Grand Hotel and the Rumfish Hotel, both under the TradeWinds brand. Business meetings will take place in the Island Grand property, but coaches are invited to choose which property they wish to stay in pending availability.

*The price on the website will indicate $194 per night, however that does not include the mandatory $55 resort fee imposed on all rooms. The IWLCA negotiated price of $249 plus tax includes the resort fee.

Coaches coming to Convention can look for flights into the following airports:
Tampa (TPA): 35-minute drive (28 miles) to Convention Hotel
St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE): 25-minute drive (18 miles) to Convention Hotel
Sarasota (SRQ): 50-minute drive (35 miles) to Convention hotel
Orlando (MCO): 2 hour drive (117miles) to Convention Hotel

Ride Share Opportunities
For coaches who do not plan on renting a car for the week our convention app, WHOVA, has a features where attendees can set up and search for fellow coaches to do ride shares. Be it from the airport to convention, out to social events during the week, or to the different venues of Presidents Cup, take advantage of this service.

Parking
Those not staying at the Convention hotel may choose to parking at the TradeWinds for $25 per day. There is meter parking nearby for varying rates. ​

There WILL NOT be shuttle service to, or between, the Presidents Cup venues. For those not renting cars, see the above message for ride share opportunities. Carpooling is encouraged among those who rent cars!​​
