College Coach Registration
CONVENTION PRICES FOR COLLEGE COACHES:
To attend convention your school's membership dues must be up to date!
Early Bird (until September 24) - $335 per person
Regular (September 25 - November 4) - $385 per person
Last Minute (November 5 - Start of Convention) - $500 per person
What does your convention fee cover?
Speakers, clinicians, association business meetings, NCAA rules presentation, Sam's Scouting Report, awards luncheon, networking opportunities, evening socials, access to vendors, contests & giveaways, and more!
The following select meals are included in your registration:
Tuesday - Beverages at Welcome Social
Wednesday - Coffee, Awards Luncheon, Beverages at Social
*Thursday - Continental Breakfast, Coffee Break, Closing Social
Friday - Continental Breakfast

*The IWLCA Honors Dinner and Hall of Fame Induction on Thursday night requires a separate ticket and attendance is limited to 400 people. Convention attendees receive a special $25 ticket price (80% off the normal ticket price) which can be added on to your registration.
Tickets must be purchased by November 5th!

IWLCA Convention attendees with job-related issues, contracts to review, or other legal concerns are welcome to sign up for a 30-minute meeting with Samantha Ekstrand, the IWLCA’s legal counsel.

IWLCA Convention attendees wishing to meet up for a 30-minute meeting with Sarah Lewis or Shannon Noe from ENDŪRE Athletic Mental Fitness, the IWLCA’s mental health coaching partners.
